There’s a suggestion being posted elsewhere that Obama has some sense of the magnitude of Democrat fraud that occurs in every election. The sooner Hillary conceded, the less likely that messy recounts would expose wholesale Dem cheating.

Hillary finally going away so the DNC becomes his has gotta be something Obama desired at some level. He salvaged some dignity for the Democratic Party - she could only have shredded more credibility for all Democrats by hanging on. And maybe he just wanted to concede the obvious - I'm not going to refuse to credit Obama for doing the right thing when he finally does it, though his presidency was a catastrophe for the nation.
