A “white Hispanic” is simply a person who is discernibly Hispanic but is of mostly European descent. A black Hispanic is discernably Hispanic but of mixed African descent. Just the way there are “African Americans” and “white Americans.”
The press will, however, stress one or the other depending on the situation.

Just an hour ago the Cleveland PD issued an arrest warrant for the guy. I guess they got tired waiting for him to turn himself in. I wonder if they’ll go out and look for him, or wait some more.
Sometimes all you can do is scratch your head at the ineptness.
Who knows how many others have been put in danger because they have hesitated to act!

No, Chief, this is an insanely evil, manipulative person who is willing to murder in cold blood an innocent old guy as part of his attempt to manipulate his ex into feeling guilty. What this perp "needs" is an electric chair, hopefully with his ex pulling the switch. Matter of fact, the electric chair is too good for this guy, but, I'm sure God will make up for that.
