EPA Chief Scott Pruitt Calls for ‘Exit’ of Paris Climate Agreement

The head of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Scott Pruitt, has called for America to “exit” the Paris Climate Agreement signed by Barack Obama last November. In an interview with FOX and Friends, Pruitt said that “Paris [agreement] is something that we need to really look at closely. It’s something we need to exit in my opinion.”

“It’s a bad deal for America,” he continued. “It was an America second, third, or fourth kind of approach. China and India had no obligations under the agreement until 2030. We front-loaded all of our costs.”

During his presidential campaign, Donald Trump was a prominent critic of the deal, promising to “cancel” it, and this week he refused to sign a statement endorsing the agreement. Although Trump could not instantly pull America out, he could initiate the process for the country’s exit.

However, reports in March suggested that members of Trump’s senior team were divided over pulling out of the deal, with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and his own daughter Ivanka advising him not to pull the plug over concerns it would upset major allies.

On Thursday, Energy Secretary Rick Perry confirmed that his department is conducting a review of all energy policy, adding that it was “the right to do.”

Good for him. Too bad the co-presidents Jared and Ivanka Kushner think differently. I

Hmmm. So, if congress never ratified any of this crap, did the previous admin simply waste ink? Meanwhile they lyin’ king did see fit to fly off to Ta-freakin’-heat-ee sans moochie to “write” his memoirs. All in good keeping with fighting climate change no doubt.

Never ratified, never entered.

What we seriously need to back out of is anything before it by which we could ever again be “entered” into on account of that.

It’s beginning to look as though Ivanka has an opinion about everything.

Climate change has always been a communist redistribution of wealth hoax.

Fine she’s working with her father.but she really needs to keep her opinions to herself for quite obvious reasons.

I suspect at some point, as done with Michelle Obama, they’ll Ivanka down too.

[[“Paris [agreement] is something that we need to really look at closely. How about, instead of indicating you are withdrawing simply because the terms aren’t agreeable to you, that you start saying “Man-caused climate change is BS and there is no way that 0.00136% of our atmosphere is capable of causing climate change- We have reams of evidence proving that man is not responsible, and We’re going to expose this sick scam for what it is!”?

How about exposing this scam once and for all? Stop giving ANY kind of legitimacy to the scam by indicating that the only reason you don’t like it is because the terms aren’t acceptable? Grow some cahones and use the science that proves we are NOT causing climate change! Climatedepot dot org has all the scientific evidence you need to prove once and for all man is not causing it

By not denouncing the whole damned scam as a scam, you simply give the liars a chance to regroup and attack again- over and over and over again- EXPOSE IT and be done with it!

By saying what he said- He’s leaving the door wide open to the left to simply reword the accord and try over and over again until they succeed eventually- Slam the friggin door shut!

For this Issue Tillerson and Perry are the bigger problem. They are both legitimate Administrative members and they both believe in the AGW BS.
Tillerson’s standing rises by the second and if thinks we need to stay in the so called “treaty” to keep our allies happy we probably will stay.

And all for nothing, except of course...
