I've been worshipful of Melania ever since that debate where she took on the task of giving loving care and attention to Ted Cruz's daughters, who were there on display.
If only Ivanka/Jared would go home to DC and Melania could fill her proper role.
Moosechelle could pass gas and “The View” would report it smelling of roses.
She's doing just fine. There is no defined role for the First lady.

Local media in south Florida is anti-Trump too. They hate DJT, and *always* find people who hate him. Their mission.
In my view, Laura and Barbara Bush were classy First Ladies. They were not an embarrassment to the nation like Mooch and HiLIARy were.
But we always got every second of Chewbacca twerking & shaking her caboose on every Uniparty agitprop `news’ organ.

I agree with you. My sense it would be easier to do that if Ivanka weren't always taking the spotlight.
The MSM will turn anything Melania does into a POTUS-bashing opportunity, it doesn’t nave to be rooted in reality.
So she may as well do her thing and keep it low key.
Maybe that was the way it was planned. Is there
any indication the press was alert to the visit?
I'm sure that Melania does not feel in any way diminished because of Ivanka. In fact, Ivanka may be the solution to Melania getting the privacy she desires.

I think in this instance the media blackout was to protect the privacy of the girls at the home, and I hope this is something we can all respect.
