She'll plead the Fifth I'd say, but perhaps they can make charges stick despite that.

Since the Fed just prints money whenever they wish, they don’t really need our income tax revenue.
I think the IRS is more of a power tool, instilling fear into citizens.
It should be abolished, but few politicians have the “liberty” to do so.

"... she denied people due process and equal protection of the law based on their political philosophy. Were convinced that there is overwhelming evidence to suggest that thats true. And thats a felony. Secondly, we suspect that she lied to the Inspecter General of the Treasury Department. Is Director Comey the wild card in this scenario? Guilty by incompetence? Like HRC???

Headline is crap. No one in Congress “files charges” they have to request that the DOJ charge someone. That is what is being done, apparently. AG Sessions or one of his subordinates must make the decision to charge her. I sure hope they will do so, of course, but a Congressional request is just a request, no matter how strongly worded.
That said, Burn the Witch!!!!

I don’t think the House can “file charges” except for impeachment. They can refer it to the DOJ to file charges. Futile under Obama, not so much now.

She won’t have to testify in a criminal trial against herself. She’s free to NOT take the stand, which in itself is much like taking the 5th. If she chooses to testify and then invokes the 5th, well, that would just be stupid and no defense atty would ever have their defendant do that. They’re better off not taking the stand at all.

Finally, something positive from the House.
Let's see if Sessions does his part.
I'll believe it when I see it...
Make a believer out of me dammit.

There's some kind of stipulation to taking the fifth. But I forgot how it works.
And it may be that they don't need her testimony one teeney bit.
