The jury is now deliberating in Las Vegas in the first Bunkerville Standoff trial.

Six men accused in the April 2014 standoff near Bundy Ranch.

Three defense attorneys offered their closing arguments today, the federal prosecution their rebuttal.

Just over one hour ago, jury deliberations began.

Attorney Todd Leventhal was able to play the videos of the BLM actions against Bundy family members and a woman protesting against their action.

Their acts of violence, use of a taser etc. etc. Leventhal asked by Dan Love, the head BLM agent, was not allowed to testify in the trial.

Love is under criminal investigation for corruption.

No word yet on any decisions from the jury on whether jury deliberations will continue tomorrow or we wait till Monday.

One typo. Leventhal asked “why Dan Love” instead of “by Dan Love”.

Yep, they had to keep him off the stand so the jury would not find out about the corruption investigation.

This trial has been fixed 7 ways from Sunday and I am praying hard that the jury has figured that out and votes not guilty like the Oregon jury did at the Malhuer trial.
