The way to change this is for Trump to use Muscular to collect Data on: Obama, Jarrett, Rice, Comedy, Brannon, Clapper, Schumer, Pelosi, McAinal, Linda, a few other congress rats, some of the liberal judges and mayors fighting him re sending illegals back and preventing them from coming into America.
After he did this and the above went to jail!
Congress would/could immediately pass bills which, he would sign, out lawing any such future actions.
