Obama and horseface KNEW they weren't getting all of the chem weapons, but that didn't stop them from lying to their teeth and the American people.

No, I don’t believe that Syria gave up their chemical weapons. Ever. The Obama Admin believed anything and everything our enemies told them. I would reiterate ‘TRUST BUT VERIFY’, but it seems useless. Is there anything that the Obama Admin didn’t lie about to us, to protect our enemies?
