One beat down is all that it would take to stop this. American youth aren’t European youth. Today’s American youth you say something they don’t like they need to find a safe zone with ponies and cookies so they can feel better about themselves.
Grab a couple of the leaders, put them in the hospital for a couple of weeks and this will all end. Make sure you send word out to the groups that moving forward, everyone will be filmed and any violence or destruction to property might very well result in a beat down at some random time or place.
After a couple of these, word will spread very quickly among the kids and some of them will just go back to their parents basement, behave themselves or continue what they are doing, playing the odds.
