I have this feeling that North Korea was about to test a multi-stage thermonuclear bomb of around 200-250 KT yield at their underground test site near the Chinese border but has now cancelled the test. I also think China is working up their military readiness because it appears China may soon start moving large numbers of troops to the China-North Korea border.

Apr. 15 could pass without an incident except some celebration in Pyongyang, but that won't solve anything as we all know.
