1. Hillary could NEVER successfully refute the charges from Peter Schweizer's book Clinton Cash. Indeed, the entire private email server debacle happened because Hillary wanted to hide much of the activities of the Clinton Foundation/Clinton Global Initiative from US Government oversight.
2. Hillary's arrogance--especially her refusal to heed the advice of Paul Begala, James Carville, and her own husband, a troika that actually ran the very successful 1992 campaign--really did her in. Those three warned Hillary specifically to actually campaign in flyover country, and her refusal ended up turning off way too many voters.
She never had a chance in fly over country. Did you see the one picture that made in onto the internet from Williamson, WV? That along with the anecdotal info around Pittsburgh told me months before the actual election that Hillary was dead.
