A terrorist attack in Bohol, north of Mindanao and west of Cebu. Dito

Philippine military becoming more active in Jolo, Basilian and Tawi Tawi, but best to avoid western Mindanao, and the entire Sulu Archipelago. Probably best not to surrender to them. They will off you anyway, so best to go down fighting, and take some of them with you.
I think Duterte is upset that these dirt bags are messing with the foreigners, as that threatens their cash cow, as the foreigners bring their money to the Philippines.

Abu Sayef was partly financed by Saddam Hussein.

He is now a good Islamic radical.

In Jayna Davis’s book, she talks about the people involved who were seen who had the tattoos of Saddam Hussein’s Mukbaharat and the Baath party.

Hussein may not have been an Islamic radical, but he is a good one too.

I meant the last leader of Abu Sayef is a good Islamic radical, not Abu Sayef itself, though that would be far better!

The Philippines elected Rodrigo Duterte a year ago, a man with a death squad that killed alleged drug dealers

Fixed it.

?????

My Filipina born wife became a citizen a week ago.

BTW, her sister and brother in law in Cavite (20 mi n of Manila) had no idea about this a couple of days ago.

Are you suggesting they killed people who were not even alleged to be drug dealers?

Or, on the other hand, are you suggesting there was solid evidence for the allegation in each and every case? Given the lack of procedural protections for innocent people, I doubt it - but I'm prepared to review any evidence presented.

"Are you suggesting they killed people who were not even alleged to be drug dealers?"

That's a clumsy attempt at being clever.

YOU were the one that "fixed it" by ascribing an "alleged" directive to what I had already stated as fact.

Duterte was Mayor of Davao City for twenty two years .... he did not wake up one morning and start to kill people just because he wanted to ... or any OTHER reason than .... they were drug dealers and they were destroying the posterity of the Philippines ...... something we here in America have forgotten about.

they were drug dealers

Alleged to be. As I posted and you omitted from your reply, "are you suggesting there was solid evidence for the allegation in each and every case? Given the lack of procedural protections for innocent people, I doubt it - but I'm prepared to review any evidence presented."
