Good morning to our

Military, our Allies, and their families.

Thank you, Lauren, for preparing the
Canteen for today’s activities.

Don't remember hearing about Creech AFB before.

Yesterday, I accomplished something I had planned
since I retired over a year ago:
walked to the post office in Indian Head.
It was a 4 mile r/t walk, and up a hill.
I must say I was happy
that I made the hill without being out of breath;
must be all the walking with Eada.

In addition, I did a little over a mile at the gym.

We are both now recovered,
and now with the weather being nice,
I have to get back to fence painting.
I will dedicate one hour/one day a week to that.

Gonna run. So much to do, and it's already 8.
Please stay.
Grab a cup of joe or tasty tea.
Chat with the military and/or the family they left behind.
