Not sure when this became Creech AFB but when I was at Nellis 70-72 we provided security/crowd/vehicle control for firepower demonstrations and it was called Indian Springs Auxillary Air Field then.
Mine were fairly low-key today. The full moon doesn’t seem to affect them much.
I just got back from outside. I took my telescope out to look at the moon through it as well as Jupiter. Awesome view! The telescope weighs a ton, though, and now I’m sweatin’! LOL!
You are sooooooo lucky your cats aren’t affected by the moon. A couple of ours don’t seem to be but the majority are and are they ever obnoxious! LOL
We have high thin clouds tonight and most stars and such aren’t visible but the moon and Jupiter are. Very pretty they are.
I’m reeeeeally looking forward to August and the solar eclipse. I’ve never experienced a total eclipse and am praying it won’t be a cloudy day. It’ll be dark here regardless but I want to see stars in the daytime. Creepy.

I’d love to see it too. I’ve seen them before but it didn’t get dark enough to see the stars. So I guess we weren’t at ground zefo as it were.

Enjoying their new freedom and someone said that Princi ledged today, too! Has to keep up with those older siblings!
We’re going to be pretty much at ground zero for this one. That’s why I’m pumped. We’ve had partials here but not a total since I’ve been around.
Maybe ya need to plan a road trip for August. :-)
