Those 59 Tomahawks got his juices flowing— Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) joined Chuck Todd on Meet the Press on Sunday to push World War III.
“I think ISIS should be Germany and Assad should be Japan like World War II analogies here. Accelerate the demise of ISIL, they’re a direct threat to the homeland, Assad’s not. But I’ve never been more encouraged by the Trump administration than I am today.”
Never mind the fact that Assad never attacked the US or that Assad and ISIS are enemies and not allies.

Advocating an attack on Assad while he’s fighting ISIS would very much like advocating an attack on Stalin while he’s fighting Hitler.
He sets our foreign policy, so he’s probably correct about what will happen.
This guy is a complete and total moron.
ISIS is not just in Syria, they are all over the MENA and Southwest Asia. Besides that, their ideology is deeply embedded within Islam, which almost 25% of the entire world’s population hold as their religion (not so of Nazis or Japan who had relatively small populations).
You kill today’s ISIS (or the many sub groups of terrorists) there will be a new crop of them tomorrow even more determined than before. They can make new terrorists faster than we can kill them.
This is not the same as WWII. There are no standing armies. On top of that, the ideology behind ISIS is widespread. Even people who don’t like ISIS or ISIS-like groups do support a caliphate of one sort or another and for their sect to be the superior sect over the others.
“Lindsey Graham” and “HOT” should never be used in the same sentence.
And yes, enough of this war-mongering. If Grahamnesty wants to fight ISIS, he should go to Syria himself and do the fighting. He and McCain can play dumba$$ and Jihad all they want.

Seeing that people still think we conducted secret bomb test in Sudan (because of a typo) I’m betting a lot of folks would believe we had such a weapon.
Not really. They want a lot more that Syria, they want the whole of the Levant, including Israel and Lebanon.
