If this had happened in Hillsborough County, Florida, the victim would have been cited for “entrapment” or even “solicitation” and the perp would have been given a free house to live in courtesy of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. The local LaRaza chapter would have lawyered up the perp real fast. Be thankful you live in a community that at least “tries” to enforce the law. Down here, the law has been turned inside-out and upside-down. If you happen to be Hispanic in Tampa well then you are automatically innocent of all charges leveled against you by the “racist whites”. That’s why there are so many illegals down here. Bees to honey. They have more rights than we the American citizens. Thanks to the lawyers, the politicians, and the NGO’s.
