Even if the DA files Charges and he pleads guilty, he will spend NO MORE than 24 hours in Jail and upon release he will be Protected as an Illegal Alien in Sanctuary, given a Home, Free Utilities, Cable, Cell Phone, an exemption from All driving Laws, and his 5 kids get Free Education and Healthcare.

I used to walk from Rockefeller Plaza to the ferry after work very late at night, about 3am. No troubles except once.

Even though I gave advice to my daughter to never take a drink from a stranger, she took one from a woman on a cruise trip at a late night bar. She was drugged and had very limited memory of the night. She will never know exactly what happened that night. It may not have been my daughters fault but my daughter suffered the consequences from her risky behavior.
When I reminded her about my advice on bars and that she should never take a drink from a stranger she said she thought it was safe to take a drink from another woman. I tried but my children are not street smart. They didn't have to be growing up.

I worked for a vending company as a field technician when I was 19-25, best eye-opening experience I could have had. I had grown up in suburbia and was very naïve. I got quite the education. We had locations from nip joints to whore houses that I had no idea even existed.
