I’m a guitarist with arthritis in my hands. I’ll check it out.

I play lots of guitar and golf and am prone to arthritis in my hands. The last I need is to put additional stress on my hands using one of those devices or a squeeze ball. So I only play shorter scale guitars with lighter gauge strings and the necks adjusted relatively flat. I shaft my golf clubs for softer flex and install softer grips. The best thing I’ve done for the arthritis is to take fish oil, D3 and C in fairly large quantities.

I’ve been taking pharmaceutical grade fish oil for awhile. Will try the D3 and C.

I’m a diabetic as well and get “stiff hands” pretty much all the time.

Haven’t got a workaround yet.
