Except there are not 50 GOP Senators who would vote to confirm a real conservative Associate Justice.

I don’t know that there are 20.

That is my concern. With the threshold being 50, the US Republican Senators who don't really support Constitutional, conservative, and states rights agenda (except in campaign season) are going to be able to cobble together a majority of unprincipled sellouts that support their real agenda. They won't need conservative votes.

It's important now that President Trump get quite a few positions to fill, and the swamp dwellers who have infiltrated the WH staff don't get any say in choosing them.

it’s going to take some transition time to get a true rule-of-law SCOTUS.

Here’s hoping that the 4 Trump nominees that follow Gorsuch are increasingly oriented towards limited gov’t.

Note that Trump will likely fill 100 Federal Judgeships. These 100 are going to be the critical farm team for our side.

Bears repeating.

There will be after 2018. There are at least 10 Democratic Senators up for reelection in red States that Trump won. Altogether, the Dems have to defend 25 seats, against only 10 for the GOP.
