One of the strangest consent decrees is one that was issued in the sixties, I think, that gave the NAACP control over the Baton Rouge school board. As far as I know, still in effect.
The real racism is those in charge - 99.9% democrat big-wig fed types - said to care so much, get their goodies by such programs, set up social justice oversights, etc., whereby only keeping blacks in inner cities down, permanent underclass to keep voting for them...leaving them in exactly the same place as before, but only saying they care. Blacks for the most part, get suckered, then they have someone to blame, like, Nixon’s war on drugs, prison industry, etc. Whereas the real culprits are the “compassionate” safety net programs from Wilson, FDR, Johnson...Nixon and war on drugs is guilty, too, but not a root cause. Fatherlessness, pure and simple.

Never forget that Nancy Pelosi’s father was the most corrupt mayor of Baltimore. Tammany Hall pales in comparison.

Why can’t Sessions just void the consent decree and tell Judge Bredar to F-off.
I believe Newark NJ has a similar issue with Sessions. As I see it, “federal monitoring” just means “hire only blacks”...
