It’s awfully specific, and clearly shows where we are weak.
I believe that this is the time of year that all of the participants start telling anyone who will listen that they are about a buck two eighty from shuttin' the doors.
Got the same thing earlier this week saying that only 70% of the Air Force planes are operational.
Think I read something a couple of weeks ago about all of the Navy's ships being just about rusted through the bottom and ready to sink...yada, yada, yada.
I think this is pretty much a yearly phenomenon.
