open and shut hate crime, but wrong color...no prosecutor will have the guts to bring such charges for fear of being called a racist.
Yep sadly she won’t see any meaningful punishment. Blacks are held to a different lower more lenient standard of behavior. It shouldn’t be that way but it is.
