Webb asserts McCabe has been doing surveillance for Hillary Clinton for 20 years and that McCabe is now hiding behind Susan Rice who is described as taking the fall for McCabe.
McCabe is Deputy FBI Director brought in Jan 2016 by Obama/Hillary people to cause the investigations to slow to a stop that were focused on the Clinton Foundation, Clinton emails, and much, much more.
Webb knew McCabe in Portland, Oregon before McCabe went on to become #2 at the FBI. In Portland, Webb was a witness who went up against McCabe to stop an innocent from taking a hit for McCabe. McCabe has since treated Webb poorly. There is a bad history between the two but clearly, Webb views McCabe as a dirty cop and the evidence supports that description.
Grassley is looking at McCabe to recuse himself based on accepting a $675,000 bribe from the Clinton network. Grassley is holding up the President's appointment of Rosenstein to replace McCabe. This explains one of the reasons the FBI has not been forthcoming to the Trump Administration because Sessions had to recuse himself, McCabe is calling the shots while Comey walks a fine line, and Rosenstein is held up. McCabe is there to protect all the illegal stuff that Obama/Clinton were up to their necks in.
Banner made an incredible statement today about the enormous corruption that is being uncovered and that will come to a head soon, as in maybe this month.

Too much here to list but those that followed the Mena drug line "rat line" will understand from Webb that the whole network is still in operation but moved to Texas, Chicago, and worldwide, also involving Pakistani mafia types in ISI, their Secret Police/Intelligence force.

I am inferring that Webb is getting a lot of input from patriotic FBI field agents on Staten Island because Webb worked as the IT expert for Rudy Guiliani in NYC. I have a sense these field agents are the ones that forced Comey to reopen the email case against Clinton and more, that they were instrumental in stopping Clinton from stealing the election.
There's a lot more here than meets the eye.

It’s interesting that McCabe is also the one at the FBI that will be heading up the newly formed Russian Investigation Special Unit that was announced yesterday.

Grassley has some sort of motive and if that is what you are alluding to, then you are correct in that it is not clear.

Crucial error in the article. Rothstein is the nominee for Deputy AG, not Deputy Director of the FBI.

The plausible rumors are the NYC FBI field agents were in revolt in Oct 2016 with the Weiner emails and photos, evidence of nefarious activities. These FBI agents gave an ultimatum to Comey.
For whatever reason, McCabe escaped the Comey-Weiner flap and is still standing.
All the criminal actions lead to the hillary/obama.
