“One unnamed EPA employee told ProPublica “more than a few friends were ‘coming to work in tears’ each morning as they grappled with balancing the practical need to keep their jobs with their concerns for the issues they work on.”

Must be discouraging to be told that “Rainbow Chases” have had their day and we will no longer try to catch them, Huh ??

“...as they grappled with balancing the practical need to keep their jobs with their concerns for the issues they work on.”

Well then, Pruit should “fix that,” with some dismissals. I’m sure there’s some backwater country that has a socialist government who will hire them. Even if the government is forced to pay out for early retirements, it will be cheap in the long run.
