But an annual study conducted by the University of Würzburg last week shows that German trust in the media actually went up sharply in 2016.
I think the Germans are like dogs.

Really, really stupid people. Its incredible how such technologically inventive people grown to be the dumbest nation in Europe.
For weeks up to and even after the election, they would (in the "Entertainment" section) ask that week's Hollywood interviewee - as a last question to "top off" the full-page interview - what they "felt about Trump." Unerringly, some trite, intellectually vapid, and often vulgar response was made. Then came the last line: "We thank you for the interview."
That was bad enough, but then in February they stated - categorically - that D. Trump had, in fact, meant to ridicule a disabled report.
I know it may seem like a minor point, but for me, that was the breaking-point.

It's like those US pollsters who first predicted Trump's defeat and even today say he wasn't elected.
Why? Because they ask only the people whose answers they want.
Another “study” trying to convince people of something for political purposes - it’s almost to the point of “why do you bother? We’re not listening anymore”.
