I don’t buy it. Germans think they’re making up for WWII by inviting Muzzies to overrun their country. Hitler didn’t hate Islam, he said it was the only religion he respected. He hated Jews. He allied himself with the Muslim Brotherhood. I happen to be of German ancestry, probably more German than Hitler himself. But a lot of Hitler is still alive today, and the denial is still there. The term “Anti-Semitism” doesn’t apply to Jews in their minds, when that is what it should exclusively mean.
The Germans looked the other way as violent bigots took over their country. They seem to be learning the wrong lesson from history, and are in the process of repeating it.
