Khisser Davis-Papther was just being a 13-year-old kid, hanging with friends at a Nicetown takeout restaurant last month, when the group yelled something silly at a man on a passing bus, police say.
But two older teens on the bus thought the younger kids were directing the wisecracks at them, according to Homicide Capt. James Clark. They got off the bus, walked into the Chinese restaurant, and one of them allegedly put a gun to Davis-Papther's head and pulled the trigger.
"About as senseless as it gets," Clark said Monday, announcing the arrests of Tymear Johnson, 19, of Grays Ferry, and Christopher T. Southerland, 18, of Nicetown.

NOTE THAT... The liberal press always suggests they did something to warrant an attack. As if its okay to hurt someone over a heckling.
In fact they weren't even heckling. It was an excuse to blow the brains out of someone.
They probably did it out of thrill or because he was white.

It’s a win win. The murdered kid won’t be diss’n nobody no mo. And the murderers will get some serious street cred. The only loser is the dead kid, but you can’t have everything.
Celebrate diversity
The animals who killed the kid need to get the death penalty or locked up for life. The surviving 13 year olds need to learn the lesson that, if they are foolish (and rude) enough to heckle people on a bus in the war zone where they live, they will end up getting killed.
Once they left the bus and went back, it was premeditated, murder one. Fry em.

Since no color was mentioned I had to assume automatically that they were not white. I went to the article source and viola! I was right. They are sure really intelligent looking punks aren’t they?
Rule 1: When a crime is committed and the nationality or color of the criminal is not mentioned.....you automatically know the answer even without going there to see it.
Our society made a critical error when it abolished the public hanging.
Might have been a right of passage as a gang initiation.
The story could have been softened or not because they were caught executing a white kid.
Or my favorite: “They are nice kids, just getting their lives together.”
Make that nice kids from Nicetown.
The irony is just awful.
And what makes them think its going to stop people from being racist? This kind of sick crap keeps it going.

18 is old enough to vote and join the Marines. Adults.
Remember that horrifying incident a week or two ago in which a teenage girl was gang-raped and, of the dozens of people watching on Facebook, not a single one bothered to call 9-1-1? Well yesterday they arrested a 15-year-old and today they arrested a 14-year-old. Keepin’ it real.
