Republican members of Congress
Republican state governors
Republican Presidential candidates in 2012 and 2016
Conservative members of the US Supreme Court
Conservative 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations
Conservative members of the mainstream media (especially Fox News and radio talk show hosts)
The people who run web sites that opposed Obama (Breitbart, Infowars, National Review, Townhall, Free Republic, etc.)
Any Left-leaning politician who would foul up the Democratic Party agenda, for example Bernie Sanders

We need to understand that the NSA collects every electronic communication, records every phone call and collects every text or email for storage. These files can then be searched at any time for whomever the current target is.
