Call me cynical, but I think what we will find, if the truth is exposed, is that “unmasked” intelligence being passed around to parties which under law should not have access to it, is commonplace and routine.

After all, who would hold someone to account for violating the law?

But will it go far? Depends on, unfortunately, the Senate and crazy members of the House.

I'd like to see grand jury indictments. You don't need Congress for that.

The fact is, if Trump comes anywhere near to doing any of what has been done, he would be gone, gone, gone; prosecuted, locked up, the whole ball of wax.

I don't think this is the kind of thing that even the media can give a pass on.

The fake news media is now being forced into actually covering UNDENIABLE news that is 100% contrary to their preferences, or they will further descend into complete irrelevance.

So sad, the MSM refuses to report anything that supports Trump and prefers to manufacture fake news to attack him. The MSM has already decline into irrelevance, they just don't realize it.

From what I’ve read Obama has escaped to some place in the Pacific with which we’ve no extradition treaty. Other potential suspects/witnesses may be in hiding as well.

The Langdale tweets aren’t clear to me - is he just theorizing or was there some actual confirmation? The theory he puts forth makes sense...

What do you think the timeframe was for the surveillance Rice unmasked? In other words, when did they begin to be worried enough about Trump that she unmasked him?

How many in government are striving to avoid scrutiny of their felonies? Many are turning to anything (impeachment?) to escape their own unmasking and parade before the bench.

It might matter if Session’s hadn’t already succumbed to media pressure by recusing himself.

We know from both Mike Cernovich on Twitter (yes, he DOES have good info)

Maybe people can now count to three before they have something stupid to say about him. His Periscopes drive me nuts but something interesting usually comes out of them.

“The fake news media is now being forced into actually covering UNDENIABLE news that is 100% contrary to their preferences, or they will further descend into complete irrelevance.

Now, does Trump have the guts to prosecute? Yes, I think. But will it go far? Depends on, unfortunately, the Senate and crazy members of the House. Will they support a LEGIT investigation of Zero, and the leaking and the unmasking, or will idiots like McTurd obstruct? My fear is that McTurd and Grahamnesty will join an “impeach” chorus rather than seek real justice.”

The Fake news media will continue to lie and dissemble. That is what they do.

Finding honest, courageous people to prosecute may be difficult. They will immediately be threatened.

It is amazing that Trump has accomplished what he has so far.

If any other politicians were attacked, threatened and lied about like Trump is they would be incapacitated with fear.

Trump is standing up to the evil and dishonesty among the Washington elite.

Let us hope Trump is able to continue the struggle.

> Trump have the guts to prosecute?

Trump should stay out of it for now (IMO). And congress won’t touch it.

Comey, Rogers, and one or two others from the intelligence agencies should be very loudly demanding prosecution. They are the ones who want as much surveillance power as possible. They should accept responsibility for its use/misuse and call out misuse to show they can manage their capabilities responsibly.

If they can’t track misuse they shouldn’t have the capability. If they allow this misuse they can’t have the capability. They should be finding violators and demanding long prison terms for anyone who misuses it. They should take a recommendation to Sessions, rather than Trump telling Sessions to go to them. (or some interaction in the direction of them approaching prosecutors with evidence of crimes, whatever the proper process is)

Joe DeGenova, on WMAL radio’s “Mornings on the Mall,” said that he had a very good idea of the names of the other 3 people who accessed the NSA records along with Susan Rice. However, he did not want to give them out yet. My interpretation: I know who they are but don’t have solid confirmation, thus not making the accusation right now.

... and that it was the Russians who WARNED Trump he was being spied upon.

This would bring an incredible story into some seriously uncharted territory.

Well done!

Rice had no fear about leaving tracks because Hillary was a shoe-in. She must have s*it on 11/8 when DJT won. She (and others) need to be arrested, prosecuted and sent to jail. The GOPe better not cut her a break.

The scandal is the Obama administration weaponizing intelligence agencies against political foes, then releasing classified information illegally gathered to friendly hacks in the media. Trump, his family, his political team, and his associates are all the victims. I wouldn’t b surprised if similar intelligence was gathered on GOP members of congress, donors, and conservatives in the media.

Of course, “everyone knew” Hillary would win and nobody would be held to account. But this Obama dossier may (should) land some of Obama’s most loyal jack boots in federal prison.
