‘Not if his parents were born outside the US’
It doesn’t matter where they were born. All that matters is whether they were US citizens at the time of their son’s birth.
Trump’s mother was born in Scotland. She was a US citizen at the time of Donald’s birth.

My father was born in the US but his immigrant parents did not become citizens until after he was born. So he would not have been eligible to run for President or Vice President by your rules, despite his service in the US Marine Corps during WWII. Not that he ever had any desire to run for any political office.

It doesnt matter where they were born. All that matters is whether they were US citizens at the time of their sons birth. So Cruz, Rubio, Jindal and Haley were all ineligible?
