She feels safe enough to "come out of the woods," exactly the time for a Trump administration special prosecutor to launch a broadside.
Mentally strong people don't need five months to overcome setbacks. Thomas Edison famously said: "I have not failed 10,000 times. ... I have succeeded in proving that those 10,000 ways will not work." Instead of dwelling on setbacks, true leaders are resilient and persistent. Their passion for their mission - or goal - is independent of external circumstances.
On the campaign trail, Trump promised supporters he would "lock her up" for what he considered to be criminal activity. He even told Clinton to her face: "If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation. Because there have never been so many lies, so much deception." If he were president, he added: "You'd be in jail."

Bottom line, President Trump should pursue his campaign promise to investigate Hillary. He may feel she's suffered greatly, but the American people have suffered far more. Besides, she appears to need serious psychological aid. She will only hurt herself and others by "coming out of the woods" to resume her old ways.
Who knows, Hillary Clinton might look great in orange pantsuits.

I would like to know if there is any investigation of any kind going on by Sessions...I’m not sure what Sessions is doing as he’s been on mute for some time now.
The Clinton Foundation has been under investigation under the RICO statute for some time now. It’s a good fit. Preet Bahara was in charge. After his firing, the case was handed off to his first assistant. Trump is aware of the case.
Prosecuting the CF is a much worthier project than going after Hillary on the emails. With the CF, billions are involved along with very serious criminal conduct.

Been saying this for a while now. Funny thing about the wheels of justice in America though; the wheels do turn but sometimes they turn so slow you can barely see them moving then wham; they're spinning like pie plates on sticks.
Trump has made it clear he will not telegraph his plans to the enemy. I say give this some time, a year at least, maybe even two, so the system can get all the evidence in place. Remember; the CF and others who get indicted under the RICO Act will have the best lawyers available working for them so getting the prosecution right with all the i's dotted and t's crossed is critical for a win.
Also remember, for us it would be justice delayed, but for the left it will be the end of the world and equivalent to declaring war on the democrat party. It doesn't matter if the Clinton's and those involved with the CF are guilty. Remember her base didn't care about her being guilty and voted for her anyway. We aren't dealing with people who value the law or what's right and wrong. They only care about their agenda. Nothing else matters to them but getting their agenda done. Their minds are closed and locked with a 512 bit encryption code no one can crack or hack.

Probably, but let's do an exercise of the what if game. What if, during the "incidental" surveillance of Trump that has been admitted to, he discussed with a Russian official some deal regarding the selling of US uranium. Is there any doubt the Democratics led by PIAPS would be demanding an investigation and impeachment hearings? Her and the Obama administration have been trafficking in intelligence data the whole time. Justice is required.

Umm... That’s just it. America has no justice and has not for some time.
Politicians, the rich, celebrities and other elites are often above the law. The politicians in particular make it a point of insuring that there are two sets of laws — a strict set for the common people and another exempt, lenient set for them. They scratch each other’s back.
Don’t even get me started about judicial tyranny, such as Roberts upholding Obamacare by creating law out of whole cloth, or ditto for Kelo. Just standing the law on its head.
We have not been a nation of laws since at least Roe v. Wade. Probably long before that.
I would love to see Hitlery and her scumbag husband both in prison for 10 or 20 years for all the crimes they have committed, but lets face the facts. These two thugs have literally, quite literally, gotten away with murder for the past 30 years. Murder. We can’t even pin them down on the murders they are responsible for.
All we can expect is that when they die and stand in Judgment before the Lord, they receiver their just desserts.
I do hope justice is done and Hitlery is put in prison for her recent crimes. I don’t believe I will live to see the day if I live to be 100.
