Look, the Obamacare-lite that Ryan was pushing would have cost the Republicans their majorities in Congress. The point of having Republicans in power is not to get what Paul Ryan thinks is a good idea passed into law, no matter how bad it is. The Freedom Caucus is right on this. Repeal Obamacare, as promised by Republicans since 2010.
But they stuck with Trump. There are a lot of Democrats that vote for Pelosi that do not want her. Money is the real speaker in politics.

Get rid of Ryan as Speaker
Trump did not write the bill. Trump did not schedule a vote.
The one most responsible for the bill is Ryan.
Yet, every single member of the HFC are silent as mouses regarding Ryan.

Priebus is Ryan’s mole in the White House. Time for Priebus to walk the plank and time for Trump to give an ultimatum to Ryan about repealing ObummerCare and funding the wall.
There are a few people here on FR that are lying through their teeth. The HFC is NOT never-Trump, though some did not want him to win the nomination. That is not exactly rare; many here felt the same way. However, most HFC guys did endorse Trump after the nomination, or when it became clear he would win. And none, zero, are currently saying they are "never Trump." If anyone has proof otherwise, post it. Otherwise, you are a liar.
Did the HFC vote for Ryan? Most of them probably. There is no way to actually verify (their membership list is secret). But so did everyone else! The truth is the HFC held their nose and reluctantly voted for Ryan, as they did not want to get into a big speaker fight right before Trump was sworn in. And Trump supported Ryan for reelection to Speaker! Were the HFC guys supposed to go against the new President? They held their noses and played ball. Now they are being excoriated by lying liars for...not playing ball!
Hypocrisy, thy name is Never HFCers.
Though I loathe Ryan, I would probably have done the same thing. There were serious discussions behind the scenes of doing it anyway, but they held their noses and voted after Trump indicated he wanted Ryan to stay. But rest assured, Ryan's no friend of the HFC, and vice versa. Blaming the HFC for Ryan being speaker is not just disingenuous, it is a smarmy weasel Sidney Blumenthal pajama-boy type fabrication of the type we despise libs for doing.
The HFC got rid of Boehner.

The Freedom Caucus must have gotten bombed by phone calls because they are quietly walking back their position - which for all of us is a good thing.
