New York City accounted for 12 of those rejections, far more than any other jurisdiction. Among those illegal aliens released by New York jails were several who had been charged or convicted of violent crimes.

Virginia had the second most declined detainers with six, followed by Washington state, with five. Jails in both states released illegal aliens with convictions for assault, domestic violence and DUI.

This week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the Department of Justice would withhold federal grant money from sanctuary jurisdictions. I read this fast with impatience because there seems to be no connection between the title and the content.

What is the “favorite defense”?
What is the “cold water”?

Maybe some Harvard graduate can explain it to me in 2nd grade language?

I'm beginning to think that the sanctuary city people are all organized crime involving agreements with foreign gangs to deal in drugs, humans and money laundering along with food stamp fraud and protection rackets of the local illegal alien population.

I keep saying this in post after post but I am nobody. REMOVE IMMIGRATION FROM THE JURISDICTION OF FEDERAL COURTS! It is completely within their Constitutional authority! Also, break up the ninth circuit because they haven’t taken any hints to act like a real court.
