Although I left out the mental illness definitions, you can see that California and other politicians exhibit a disordered state of mind due to their feelings. They also show the inability to think clearly in a sensible way. They are f*cking insane.
They don't use logic; they don't use reason; they don't even use rationality. They only use their wittle feelings and the superiority of their egos to dictate nonsensical policy and law.
