“’another’ delinquent group”? Certainly he should have written “’a’ delinquent group”, right?

Couldn’t they hear an Arabic accent? You don’t find many cartel members down there sounding so foreign. Or maybe that’s not uncommon. If you are El Chapo’s son, everybody looks suspicious.
