And if you don’t like it, you can buy any coverage you want on the open market.

No because the continued existence of Federal efforts to police anyone's relationship with a physician increases the cost (and pricing decisions) of American Health Care. If you understand the dynamics involved, you will see my point.

There is nothing altruistic about it; it is all stupid, justified by the neurotic rationalizations of egalitarian collectivists, who will destroy anything rather than accept the fact that we are all different, with different needs and different responses to all the vast array of human interactions.

Exactly. And let it die of its own weight. When its only Medicaid, Medicaid can be reformed and shifted to the States.
