Agreed, Jim. The fedgov has no business providing med care in general.
The market needs to be the mechanism to run health care economy, like most other issues. Some oversight of course, but not fedgov health care.
Jim, you raise the oft argued and totally correct 10th Amendment issue. With Mr. Justice Gorsuch on SCOTUS, I would think we may certorrari on a case speaking to that core issue you raise.
