If I was Ivanka, I’d hire the meanest, nastiest pit bull DC lawyer I could imagine. Gorelick fits the bill. Politics ain’t beanbag. It’s a shame she didn’t ask Freepers first for approval.
I don’t need or want this.
I’d much prefer the President be surrounded by serious people with long and proven track records of excellence in challenging environments.
I’m not too keen on Ivanka’s husband, either.
Ivanka and her Hubby make me uneasy.
The Dems and GOPe are trying to peel away any early and strong support system that POTUS has to isolate him. This move does not disturb me, nor should it disturb you.
Think back on Nancy Reagan, her protectiveness and the lovely moniker of Dragon Lady, during Ronnie’s presidency.
I imagine that the intelligence committee in concert with Obama/Clinton loyalists has been waiting for DJT to discuss any “classified” info with Ivanka, which would put both at risk. This givers her clearance and keeps DJT from being impeached and Ivanka from threat of prosecution.
Look around and see if you understand the danger.
