Probably right after the first cuff went on. When that first cuff goes on it’s best to have the hand being cuffed in a gooseneck. To suspects it ain’t really happening until the first cuff goes on. That’s when they wig out mostly. And if the guy is crazy or high on PCP, watch out, you’re going to the races. I’ve had my hand twisted and wrenched, but never broken. It might not be a woman. It might just be bad timing on the officers part or lack of positive control.

This is new within the last year. They have huge buildings and pay lots for the buildings,still take donations from people unaware that it is not a charity.
I bought a first edition `Nineteen Eighty-four’ for one dollar in that Muncie Illwill store.

There are local charities,then there is salvation army. In my area Nu Hope is very good,and they are very benevolent.

Beware of church sponsored donations. Some of them go straight to the (liberal) goobermint which dispenses the loot as if it were the goobermint bestowing goodies on people. Not allowed to mention God. I stopped donating to my church for that reason. My charity dollars and goods go elsewhere.

My wife was shocked to learn that a couple of years back. She stopped donating items when she also learned that almost all their employees were minimum wage and part time.
I am amazed to see big containers outside their stores with signs asking for donations for charity. They have no decency.
Yes, while true that would be the best thing that could happen, then that traitor would find a spot at Arlington National Cemetery. We need to make sure he is wholly disgraced prior to his demise.
