mandating real diversity in income levels among residents — needs to be constantly emphasized in Baltimore’s redevelopment efforts - this is a real winner, I mean, how could that possibly fail?
Who would not like to have a section 8, illiterate, unemployed, criminal, drug user and their flop house friends living next to you in a nice middle or upper middle class neighborhood. Heck, that is a sure fire way to motivate people moving from all over the country just to get in on that! /s
I was referred to a guy who could come up with 1900 per month to rent a house from me. Since I needed to get it rented I gave it some thought and every way I looked at it it came up No. Anyone willingly following the Welfare Class rules is an idiot or a crook.
I suppose none of Baltimore’s problems can be traced to a summer of officially encouraged riots.
