NEW YORK (AP) -- Fox News Channel legal analyst Andrew Napolitano returned to the air Wednesday, saying he stood by his claim about spying on President Donald Trump that got him benched by the network for more than a week.
Napolitano had said on Fox that British intelligence officials had helped former President Barack Obama spy on Trump. Britain denied it, and Fox anchor Shepard Smith said the network knows of no evidence that Trump had been under surveillance.
Fox said on March 21 that it was taking Napolitano off the air for an indefinite period.
Back Wednesday morning, he told anchor Bill Hemmer that he stood by his story - and Hemmer didn't mention that others at Fox had been unable to verify it.

“The Whitehouse promised to never mention that again”, and everyone and everything stopped for a moment when Napolitano reported what he heard from his sources.
Napolitano is right....listen to the clip of Dr Evelyn Farkas being interviewed by Mika Brezenski on Morning Joe yesterday and she admits to leaking to media as well as listening in to Trump team to find out what they were up too..this is criminal and this is WHAT the investigation should be about an not this contrived RUSSIAN STOLE our election meme..if DEMS are that damned sure they did..give the Ruskies 1.2 Billion next POTUS election to get your dork elected...The clip referred to was in Conservative Treehouse yesterday as well as The Gateway Pundit and no where else on Swamp main stream media..

Frankly I think it was dumb for Fox to suspend him. As an analysis he was doing what he is suppose to do investigating the can or worms started by the democrats subjective charges against Trump.

I think it was a pro forma suspension. He was right, they know he was right but they had to put a little show on to appease the Brits.
