Massachusetts state Rep. Michelle DuBois posted a warning to illegal immigrants on her Facebook page Tuesday about upcoming Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids that are rumored to be taking place in the area.
In the post, DuBois wrote, “ICE raid in Brockton (MA) on 3/28.”

Why can’t they be arrested for that? I wouldn’t care if they acted like a martyr, but I’d love to see them sit in a county lock up.

8 U.S.C. § 1324 (a)(1)(B)(ii) A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both;
