Would have but their votes weren’t needed:
Capito, Collins, Blunt, Cornyn, Gardner, Thune, Isackson, McConnell, Wicker, Cochran, Burr, Tillis, Portman.
Right. This is part of the problem that the “repeal now” people don’t get-—and I fully sympathize with “repeal now.” But the fact is we aren’t even close to a real “governing” majority of people who would enact our agenda.
As you point out, we’re a good 70 votes away in the senate.
