Ryan's replacement bill was an insurance company written bill that was a disaster.

If there was a three step process, they should have had the bills drafted for all three steps and passed them at the same time.

We have been here before and the “give us what we want now, and we will get something for you in the future” approach has been a disaster.

How many short term spending increases with future savings “in the out years” have ever produced anything but more red ink.

The Democrats were going demagogue ObamaCare repeal to death no matter what happens. The only solution to repeal ObamaCare is to let prices explode and hang it on the Democrats to force a repeal.

I agree. The three step was all rope-a-dope as far as I'm concerned. It kicked the rock down the road until after the next election. And maybe the next election after that.

Ryan has always been one of those guys who wanted to fix Obamacare rather than repeal it.

This will balance the budget in 10 years.
