If the facts are as I suggested, this is the type of defense that angers me.
In some cases where the defendants are known to be guilty, their attorneys go to what I’d term almost criminal lengths to get them off.
That’s not my idea of a right to legal defense.
In some cases, the legal defense would constitute the attorney simply confirming the guy was sentenced in accordance with the law.
Yes, defend a guy when you think he isn’t guilty, but when he is, just make sure they go by the book.
