Bullcrap ... any fighting of ISIS by the Turks was minimal. The Turks primarily have fought the Syrian Kurds who have been the ones who have actually been fighting ISIS. The Kurds have also had to fight various other Islamist groups which are allied with Turkey.

If they win the Referendum on the 16th. Turkey will go pure Totalitarian. He will again commit Genocide. He is already preparing for it.
Will he walk away from NATO? Not sure. Fist instinct says no. But he might. Will Russia pal with him? I doubt it.

Vote whether to give Erdogan total control of the government. Basically dissolving the representative government for a Dictatorship.
