I just spent 12 weeks at a sports class for my child, each time among the parents I chatted with was a mom from Tunisia. I kept wondering “how Muslim” her family lived, what they thought about jihad and terror, etc. she was very nice, in hijab, seemed to parent like any other mom. Would she be ok with being beaten if her husband wanted sex and she didn’t?
That’s a good question. But she would not reveal her true feelings if asked. They are taught not to divulge things like that. They use “taqiyya” constantly when dealing with the heathens.
