Chicago City Council is even LARGER with 50.
Granted, they've historically been nothing more than a rubber stamp for the mayor (in the past Daley, currently Rahm Emmanuel.)

The next meeting of the council will probably vote her down. Group stupid always wins. Just look at congress and the senate.
They couldn't pick their nose or favorite color or even repeal the Obamanation of a government health care take over.
