Thousands demonstrate in London against leaving the EU

Thousands of people marched through London on Saturday to protest against Britain leaving the European Union, just four days before Prime Minister Theresa May launches the start of the formal divorce process from the bloc it joined 44 years ago.

The Unite for Europe march was due to end with a rally in Parliament Square, scene of this week's attack by British-born Islam convert Khalid Masood in which four people died.

Marchers observed a minute's silence in memory of the victims at the start of the demonstration.

So they aren't marching for their country to be free of terrorists, instead they want to overturn a democratic vote?

UK better get its head out. It may already be too late.

They are all free to waddle their sorry arses through the tunnel to France any time. Won’t even need a passport for a couple more months.

We never did this. You win or lose via the vote. You can’t “protest” against the will of the people exposed by a democratic vote. It just makes you look childish and petulant.

Grow up, already...

They're the ones who made it possible.

Mass immigration into England is one of the major goals of the far left extremists (er, "communists") who run the EU.

If they aren’t happy with what the majority of the people want, they should be forced to move to any of the other countries still entangled in the EU.

Let me ask you a question: our town passed a school bond for $35M dollars, ($48M with interest) It passed by 331 votes out of 21,000. The money is going to go towards building a field house, an event center through the school district. We do not want nor believe can be sustained. I am fighting this until the absolute last minute the shovel goes into the ground. People are telling me that it was a democratic vote and the people have spoken. I, along with lots of other members of the community, know this will not work. Question is should I not protest it because it was a vote by the people?

I get that. This is why I don’t live in the small town next to me. They pass all sorts of stupid stuff. I’m in the county. Heck, I’ve lived here for six years now and have NEVER seen a cop car anywhere near my house, other than the guy that would come up to visit to try to get us into his MLM. :)

We in the US have the same problem: There are thousands here who want free entry of muzzies even after witnessing 9/11/2001 event and even after the lengthy war we have fought against Islam.

The mass immigration in the England in the past 10 years have been of white Christians from Europe: Poles, Romanians and also many Italians, French and even Germans

Leaving the EU will only increase the % of immigrants from outside Europe

How did Britain survive thousands of years before EU?
The EU empire only came about 30 years ago.
