The Repubs’ lack of preparation and planning of the repeal-and-replace action was what doomed it. They should’ve taken a deep breath, slowed down and been a lot more deliberate in formulating a policy that would actually work.
Remides me of the old saw: There’s never enough time to do it right, but there’s always time to re-do it.
